Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintenance is responsible for the oversight of the Camp Talahi property and buildings. Performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Skills and Experience:
Must be at least 19 years of age.
High school education or equivalent.
Previous experience preferred.
An ability to assess and communicate information to maintenance team and site staff.
An ability to work effectively in a team context, contributing to team process.

Specific Responsibilities of Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness of all buildings and grounds on property.
Clean and re-stock all buildings daily.
Regularly ensure all equipment in functional order.
Order and maintain inventory of all needed supplies.
Respond to requests for clean ups, repairs, or general maintenance in a timely manner.
Report needs for repairs beyond ability to Executive Director immediately.
Complete projects assigned by Grounds and Maintenance Committee.
Assist lifeguards with maintenance and cleanliness of beach.
Assign and delegate tasks to assigned help.
Weekly testing of drinking water; record results and report to supervisor.
Communicate and enforce all Camp Talahi safety rules and regulations in a professional manner.
Attend all scheduled staff meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

A person with strong interpersonal relationship skills, comfortable with feedback and challenge, as well as an ability to interact with diverse groups of people and effectively meet their needs.
A person flexible and focused, capable of making necessary adjustments.
