Transportation to NYE and Pre NYE activities
VISION is sponsoring a pre departure event for everyone traveling by Deluxe Motor Coach to the University of Tennessee. Participants are asked to arrive after 8:00 p.m., July 23. Activities include ice breakers - so you can get to know your Michigan friends, banner making, snacks, and a worship service.
All participants must arrive prior to Mid-night. We will begin loading busses at 12:30 a.m. and depart promptly at 1:00 a.m. We will travel through the night, stop for breakfast (on your own) and check into our accomodations at the University of Tennessee before noon. There will be time to unpack and settle in, tour the campus and other fun recreational activities.
The NYE officially begins with dinner served at the cafeteria and worship following.
The bus back to Michigan will leave Knoxville at 8:30 a.m. We will stop for breakfast and lunch (also on your own) and return to East Lansing around 8:00 p.m.
